As our Nike Value Marketplace Finance Director, you will lead all financial activities related to the Nike Value Stores (NVS) business and Nike Marketplace (NMP) Value customers. You will be a critical member of the NVS and NMP Value Leadership Team to advance the long-term strategic agenda for the overall North America Value Marketplace, and to drive sustainable, profitable growth. You will help set the Financial strategy of our NVS fleet, that will connect and engage our Consumers across our Physical and Digital Retail portfolio.

You possess an ability to be equal parts thinker and doer, white-boarding strategies and problem-solving, with the energy to get things done. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead and co-manage a team of Financial Managers and Analysts to develop, review, and consolidate long term financial plans, real estate roadmap, and monthly deliverables. You will provide Senior Management with recommendations and input on key financial and performance metrics that optimize short and long-term goals and support strategic initiatives. You will lead the interpretation and review of financial results with business partners, including trends, issues, and opportunities in order to drive actionable responses. You will help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and strategic problems, and to catalyze action against these priorities through strategic and long-range business planning and performance management. You will standardize and improve processes, and share best practices that drive sustainable improvements and actionable results. You will be a people leader, responsible for training, motivating, and inspiring Finance talent that enables our Nike Stores business partners and catalyzes long-term value for Nike.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Within Finance, y ou will partner extensively with the North America Business Planning, Strategic Investments, and Marketplace Finance teams as you support the overall North America financial goals. To execute the delivery of financial goals you will partner with a large and diverse team of cross-functional North America partners including Concept Leads, NVS Demand & Supply Management (DSM), Sales & Inventory Planning (S&IP), NVS Merchandising, North America Real Estate, North America Store Operations, Controlling and Global Stores counterparts.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.
MBA, CPA, or CMA is strongly preferred
8+ years experience in financial reporting, financial planning, strategic planning, and annual budgeting
Experience in a Fortune 500 consumer products or other multi-national firm is preferred
Attention to detail in the development of management quality reporting and analytics for executive-level personnel
Ability to manage a team (direct and indirect), empower people, and build a culture of diversity, belonging, and inclusion
Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the strong ability to translate complex data, info, and analyses into compelling financial narratives and comprehensive insights, including visual representation of data
Strong communicator with proven ability to adapt style and content given the audience
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and negotiate cross-functionally
Problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills
