Role Description:
The Director, National B2B Growth Accounts reports to the Chief Growth Officer and is a key leadership role on the Growth team responsible for building and expanding our fastest growing patient acquisition channel, national B2B accounts.
Core Responsibilities:
Account Management and Growth - Existing Accounts
Set vision for growth opportunities and outline a plan to achieve maximum growth within existing account relationships. Analyze and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of current accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales.
Working across internal support teams to uplevel communications, approach and engagement of the telephonic/digital insurance agency channel.
Partner with Marketing Channel owners, build unique programs to amplify current core B2B programs and improve lead engagement and nurturing programs.
Refine analytics to highlight the full value of relationships to all stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of execution and lead processes. Partner with the sales call center to refine training and optimize conversion.
New Account Growth
Identify and prioritize new account targets within existing verticals that are currently being handled either nationally or locally with the opportunity to take a national approach. Example opportunity areas include retiree affinity organizations, unions, etc.
Identify, analyze and develop sales strategies in new National B2B verticals and lead acquisition sources. Significant opportunity to build completely new growth channels at national level.

What are we looking for?
This is a challenging role requiring strong account development skills and innovative thinking. We are looking for people that have:
5+ years sales and account management experience
Undergraduate degree, Master’s preferred
Experience setting strategy and executing key account development plans
Demonstrated strength in process/project management
Demonstrated creative and unconventional approaches to building new growth sources
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to gain rapport quickly with VP level stakeholders in partner organizations
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
Unimpeachable integrity
