What you will do

As the Director of Financial Operatons, you will lead the accounting, reporting, financial planning and business analysis processes related to the functions at Corporate. You will also be responsible to partner with the Tax Department in the determination of Corporate allocations to the Business Units for transfer pricing purposes.

How you will do it

  • Prepare financial plans and forecasts for Corporate departments.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial statements for Corporate.
  • Work with executives and management to understand financial trends, variances from budget and direct appropriate follow up actions.
  • Work with project managers to ensure systems upgrades and implementations which impact the Corporate financial statements are properly tested, and well controlled.
  • Work with the Company's external auditors to ensure audits are performed effectively and efficiently.
  • Develops and maintains effective channels of communication with various financial personnel that will improve financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP.
  • Coordinate annual transfer pricing and allocation activities from Corporate to the Business Units.
  • Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.



What we look for

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience in a multinational business.
  • A CPA or MBA is preferred.
  • Big 4 public accounting experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills.
  • Must also have demonstrated ability to select, motivate, evaluate and develop personnel.
  • Ability to meet firm deadlines.
  • If hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date
