Job Overview:

The Director, Finance, Technology will lead cross-functional efforts to manage RBI’s technology groups, partnering with the CIO, their direct reports and the brand digital teams

Responsibilities:

• Lead Tech Finance P&L Processes: Annual Budget, Forecasting, Month End Close & Capital Reporting
• Own variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets/forecasts and communicate key findings
• Lead consolidated financial analysis on Tech P&L and provide financial guidance to drive consistency and efficiency across technology pillars
• Present to C-level strategic financial deliverables monthly and provide actionable insights
• Establish and maintain relationships with Business Partners and serve as a key point of contact for finance guidance and related discussions
• Proactively communicate business implications observed from models, analysis, and contribute ideas and solutions to mitigate business challenges / problems
• Lead, manage and mentor Manager Finance Professionals
• Provide ad hoc support and financial modeling for specific Tech related projects
• Introduce meaningful analytical models for cross-functional leadership team, identifying opportunities to help guide the CIO strategic direction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative field and Master’s degree preferred
• 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or at least 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD)
• Strong project management skills and experience working in an unstructured environment, applying finance skills and metrics to create structure and accountability
• Knowledge of financial systems, accounting processes and rules
• OneStream/Hyperion/ SAP knowledge is preferred
• Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output
• Strong bias for action and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Enthusiastic work ethic, passion for learning, and acute professional curiosity, able to solve problems with balance of independence and well-solicited input
• Global or multi-national business experience on-the-ground preferred
• Strong leadership skills generating support and momentum among functional peers
• Self-started with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
