Director AP Client Revenue and Operations

Summary

The Director of Client Service Operations oversees the day-to-day operational activities of our corporate clients, the Admission Counselor Team, Pima College Team, and the Success Coach team. The Director works closely with the Account Management team and New Business Development team to ensure our corporate clients' needs are understood and met.

The Director demonstrates Accelerated Pathways' value to our corporate clients through thoughtful tactical and strategic oversight of day-to-day operational matters. In coordination with the VP of Revenue and Account Management, the Director also actively supports and enforces defined escalation and communication plans to resolve any administrative issues.

The Director of Customer Service Operations will maintain positive relationships with his/her assigned accounts, and to will work in cooperation with Account Management to grow Pearson's Accelerated Pathways business in those accounts by improving cooperation, with the goal of increasing enrollment, retention, and completion.

Performance measures:

  • Account revenue
  • Corporate account contract retention and renewals


General Responsibilities

  • Works with Marketing, Academic Research, Account Management, and Business Development to ensure alignment, provide direction, review issues, updates, outstanding college approvals and deliverables, and address questions.
  • Effectively collaborates cross functionally with Marketing, and Academic Partnerships to ensure alignment of student outreach through matriculation
  • Maintains relationships with Academic Research, Account Management and Business Development teams to identify areas in need of operational improvement, and work to solve or mitigate issues on an on-going basis.
  • Works to maximize efficiency and productivity through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
  • Forecasts both new and returning student enrollment for each corporate client
  • Monitors status and work to resolve and/or escalate issues as appropriate


General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Sales, Management, or equivalent discipline OR appropriate combination of experience and education.
  • Experience with:
  • Customer Support
  • Sales forecasting
  • Effective project management, implementation and delivery strategies
  • Working independently on many concurrent activities
  • Knowledge of Excel, financial modeling and presentation solutions
  • Ability to drive business development team to meet goals
  • Understand the big picture - recognize best strategies for way forward -- incremental process steps vs. changing the process mode to achieve a goal
  • Collaborative communication style, builds relationships with other departments, removes barriers
  • Problem solver, with great attention to detail, excellent organizational & project management skills
  • The ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure with tight timelines
  • Ability to travel when necessary.


Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervises Consumer Enrollment team, Head of Corporate Enrollment Services, Success Coach Manager

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Pearson provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $115,000 - $120,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here.
