The Demand & Financial Management Lead Analyst is a senior professional role responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi's financial results and projections in coordination with the broader Finance team. The overall objective is to contribute to directional strategy as well as utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to provide advice/counsel on the evaluation of financial reports of Citi's current and projected performance focus on Technology expenses and upcoming demand projections. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Demand Management Processes to analyze and prioritize the Technology Book of Work
  • Create financial reports and meet with technology team to clearly summarize financial trends and provide insight to senior management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision making
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination, and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.



Qualifications:

  • Requires 6-10 years of experience in Financial Analysis and Projections required.
  • Preferred focus on Technology Expense Analysis.
  • Exceptional skills in Financial Analytic & Reporting tools such as advance excel, access, PowerBI required
  • Requires demonstrated presentation development skills including excellent oral and written communication skill in order to facilitate discussions.
  • Requires extensive organization skills, self-motivated and a self-starter
  • Preferred Knowledge of the Technology Software Development Life Cycle and understanding of some technical implications of system design
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Other job related duties may be assigned as required.



Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree in Finance or Related Field, Master's degree preferred
