We are looking for looking for a talented and highly motivated project coordinator/ manager with strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines for multiple projects, strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes, and ability to coordinate and manage across various entities from LOB to Technology
Role Overview
A Delivery Lead, is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery..
Required Skills and Experience we are Looking For:

  • Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery -e.g .kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
  • Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams.
  • Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
  • Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
  • Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
  • Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
  • Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution
  • Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
  • Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills
  • 5-7 years project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience


Desired Skills and Experience we are Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of excel and BAC project managements tools and capabilities

Pay and benefits information
Jersey City pay range:
$58,200 - $160,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
