This Corporate Services (CS) Sr Capital Consolidator role is the primary finance point of contact for all major capital processes within CS. The Sr. Consolidator will be the lead for all CS Capital POR activities, close reporting, process changes, funding management, and CS communications. The position will be the key CS representative into the Capital COE efforts to help shape and transform Intel Capital management and business processes.

The Sr. Consolidator will focus on maximizing business value and landing capital KPIs through assessing strategic CS capability offerings, effectively articulating recommendations to GM/VP level decision makers, and support execution of decisions and value drivers into long range investment roadmaps. This position will have the opportunity to engage with key business stakeholders (finance and operations) on investment decisions for a large and broad CS capital portfolio. In this role, you will not only gain experience pertaining to Capital at Intel, but also data analytics, FX hedging, construction, planning, and Intel's global footprint.

To be successful in this role, you will need to drive value by managing tight timelines and calendars, completing, and verifying deliverables, and work with a variety of business partners.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated the skills to develop strong leadership and communication skills across finance and ops, business and operational technical acumen, robust org savvy, partnership/influence at the VP/GM level, and clear process improvement ideas for effective team execution.

A top candidate should also demonstrate the following skills:

  • Innovation - Possess or have an eagerness to learn and develop data analytic skills (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Sharepoint, Teams, and more).

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/ classes/ research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum qualifications:

  • MBA or BS/BA in Finance or closely related field
  • 1+ years of experience is required.
  • Intermediate to advanced excel level



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL and other data science/analysis tools.
