Corporate Finance Manager

The Corporate Finance Manager role provides in-depth financial insights to support the consolidation of Total Consolidated Company including International and Domestic acquisitions. As a strong financial leader, you will manage the budgeting and forecasting process, provide reporting and ad hoc analyses to support key decisions. As a key business partner, you will work cross-functionally to interpret and report various metrics and analytics from acquired businesses.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5+ years of FP&A experience, Corporate Finance reporting and consolidations highly preferred, at a high-growth startup, retail or well-established company
- Able to effectively present financial and non-financial information to various audiences
- Highly effective communicator who can build cross-functional relationships
- Experience managing competing priorities and dealing with ambiguity
- Strong Excel/financial modeling skills
- Adaptive learner with keen attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Accounting principles
- Previous people management experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and Report total company weekly, monthly, forecast and budget reporting as contributions to total consolidated business reporting
- Consolidate key KPI's across total company and communicate them in a digestible manner to driver key business decisions
- Identify risks and opportunities to forecast and budget as it pertains to total company
- Manage key aspects of core FP&A process including forecasting, budgeting, long range planning, monthly reporting and close processes
- Focus on building foundational core processes including establishing effective communication lines, presenting impactful metrics and reporting to various audiences
- Directly partner with Senior Leaders, key stakeholders and business partners on core FP&A processes as well as providing analytical and business decision support
- Accelerate the growth of the business by identifying and implementing process improvements and other opportunities focused on scalability on the path to best practice
- Oversee Investor Reporting
