About Your Role: 

Sendoso is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to support the sourcing, evaluation, structuring, negotiation and execution of M&A. In this role, you will report directly to the SVP of Corporate Development and work cross-functionally along with executive leadership to lead all stages of an acquisition process from pre-deal formation to post-deal integration. As an early member of the team, your impact will be instrumental in building the future of the corporate development function at Sendoso and driving our company’s strategy.

  • Strategic thinker who is able to identify and frame problems with independent judgment
  • Self-starter with a bias for action who can thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, high-growth organization
  • A leader with strong interpersonal and presentations skills, effectively communicating cross-functionally across all levels within an organization
  • Results driven individual with a strong work ethic and desire to win
  • Detail-oriented who enjoys diving deep into solving complex quantitative and analytical problems including financial modeling and valuation

Projects You’ll Work On:

  • Collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to develop strategies identifying and then evaluating acquisition opportunities that accelerate Sendoso’s mission
  • Develop and maintain relationships with startups, venture capitalists and leading technology companies
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis including company valuation and business case evaluation
  • Lead deal negotiation, due-diligence and investments, including cross-functional coordination of product, engineering, legal and other 
  • Develop post-acquisition integration plans and proactively drive organizational alignment

Experience:

  • Ideal candidate will have direct or combined experience from top-tier investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or management consulting
  • Direct M&A integration program management experience is a plus
  • MBA is a plus
