We are looking for an analytical, self-motivated Corporate Development Associate to help us identify companies that align with our strategy. In collaboration with our CFO, the Corporate Development Associate will spend time studying companies and markets to identify areas for acquisitions, as well as perform financial analysis including valuation, pro forma merger scenarios & go forward financial and operational models. The successful candidate will also play a leadership role in integration work pre and post-acquisition. 

How you might spend your day:

  • Identifying acquisition opportunities and engaging with prospective acquisition targets
  • Conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions
  • Building financial models to assess company valuation and potential operational efficiencies
  • Coordinating the drafting of acquisition documents
  • Leading strategic analyses and projects
  • Building integration plans and our company’s M&A playbook

Who you are:

We are looking for people who have:

  • 2-3 years experience in investment banking, M&A or related field
  • Knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply your skills to creatively construct a deal
  • Superior Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Technology experience is preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar
