Job Description

The Capital Markets Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing administrative support, reporting assistance, and technical support to the Capital Markets Department and performs a wide variety of duties, under limited supervision. This position has direct responsibility for assigned functions within the department.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Manage Capital Markets inbox for Commercial and Corporate requests. You will need to complete some requests, but will also be responsible for delegating to the appropriate individuals.
  • You will support the leadership team from an administrative standpoint, ex: coordinating travel plans, logging expenses and managing outlook calendars
  • You will also complete meeting minutes, complete daily/monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Being self-motivated and eager to learn and build relationships will be crucial in this position, as you will be interacting with the Capital Markets team up to Executive Leadership



Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent work experience of 5-6 years.

  • Ability to learn complex tasks quickly and repeat with minimal errors
  • Excellent PC and software application skills, particularly spreadsheet and word processing applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle significant fluctuations in volumes while meeting extremely stringent deadlines.
  • Ability to improve functional efficiency, streamline and improve methodology.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information in a discrete manner.
  • Excellent analytical, coping, and problem solving skills.
