Job Description:

Global Financial Crimes Technology (GFCT) team within Risk and Finance Technology delivers solutions for the enhanced monitoring of suspicious activity across Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Economic Sanctions. The primary mission of the group is to design and implement a strategic AML monitoring and detection solutions to support AML and Fraud Investigations and regulatory reporting processes.
Job Summary:
Responsible for business and data analysis in the Global Financial Crimes environment. Work effectively in a fully mature agile team. Work closely with business partners in defining requirements and ensuring acceptance criteria is met for application changes. Good knowledge of database and querying tools is a nice to have. Individual contributor role. Ability to partner with the multiple Technology and business teams to drive the requirements gathering.
Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a BA role
  • Strong verbal and Written communication skills
  • Knowledge of SQL and database technologies
  • Creative individual with a track record of being resourceful and adaptive working as a team to address roadblocks and challenges
  • Exceptional intelligence and problem-solving skills
  • Well versed with agile methodology and processes


Desired Skills:

  • Solid understanding and prior working experiences in managing banking products and front-to-back operations
  • Knowledge and/or experience working within the Teradata, Hadoop or other big data distributed ecosystem
  • MS/BS in Computer Science and equivalent
