We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team in Dallas, TX 75251

About the role:
Performs a range of accounting and financial duties to support the financial functions of the company along with coordinating office operation and activities. QuickBooks experience is a must.
What you will do:
- Processing of all account's payable invoices for the firm
- Processing of all monthly rent accounts payable invoices
- Processing of daily deposits
- Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable files
- Prepare daily cash flow report
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Receipt of invoices; coding of invoices with proper general ledger
- Perform all bookkeeping functions
- Prepare adjustments to accounting records
Our ideal candidate:
Education and experience
- A.S or B.S degree in Accounting is a plus, but not required
- 5 years' experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must
Skills and abilities:
- Excellent time management skills
- Extreme attention to detail & organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
