Bookkeeper/Accountant

We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team in Dallas, TX 75251

About the role:

Performs a range of accounting and financial duties to support the financial functions of the company along with coordinating office operation and activities. QuickBooks experience is a must.

What you will do:

  • Processing of all account's payable invoices for the firm
  • Processing of all monthly rent accounts payable invoices
  • Processing of daily deposits
  • Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable files
  • Prepare daily cash flow report
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Receipt of invoices; coding of invoices with proper general ledger
  • Perform all bookkeeping functions
  • Prepare adjustments to accounting records



Our ideal candidate:

Education and experience

  • A.S or B.S degree in Accounting is a plus, but not required
  • 5 years' experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must



Skills and abilities:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Extreme attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Ability to analyze information
