The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to support the core BGS organization in Plano, Texas or one of the listed locations. As an Experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst , you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager, Senior Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The analyst will also provide guidance, leadership and quality financial analysis to the businesses in the portfolio.
Position Responsibilities:

• Develops integrated financial statement forecasts for programs, business units or the enterprise
• Analyzes integrated financial statement forecasts
• Compiles data from multiple sources (including assumptions and forecast basis of estimates) and develops performance reports
• Performs variance analyses and provides understanding of financial performance to management
• Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
• Develops strategic and operating plans as it relates to integrated financial statements
• Develops business cases
• Analyzes external financial statements results and projections in support of quarterly earnings release and quarterly/annual Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
• 1+ years of experience leading or manager process improvement projects
• 1+ years of experience do you have with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience creating culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
