About the Team:
Worldpay from FIS has an expanding footprint on a global level. We are adding new valued customers on a daily basis and the Billing Operations Team within Revenue Assurance plays a key role in ensuring accuracy of data and information, enabling us to bill our customers correctly and deliver expected revenue to FIS.
What will you be doing:
From answering internal service requests, to project work and reviewing contracts, as a Billing Financial Analyst you will ensure all contractually sold and implemented products and services are properly invoiced to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
This is a quality control, coordinating, routing and reporting notification function that pertains to all FIS merchant billing systems. Each month, calendar days 1-7 are our busy period of the billing cycle. Each week there are contracts and audit reports to review, internal requests, and meetings. In addition, there are opportunities for project work.

Colleagues who have worked in this role before have progressed internally into other departments, including Merchant Credit Risk, FIS Capital Markets, Global Partner Payments and Interchange and Scheme Fee Management.

You will use your skills to review and analyze billing data to deliver to our internal customers, using a service focused mindset to build strong relationships along the way.
You will spot opportunities to improve ways of working and process improvements and be comfortable managing your own workload while prioritizing day to day tasks when needed.
To enable you to work quickly and accurately with large data-sets and to analyze information, you will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills. If you have some SQL knowledge, that would be a bonus. You will enjoy being challenged and develop skills to work well under pressure to adhere to strict timelines.
