Why This Role Is Valuable
This AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis position supports the budget and forecast process, reporting and analysis for Revantage and its Portfolio Company (PC) partners. The position will also assist with benchmarking analysis for Blackstone, cost allocations, board book presentations and other management reporting. This position is based out of Revantage's headquarters in Chicago, IL.
How You Add Value

• Assist in managing the annual budget and periodic forecast process for Revantage and our PCs including maintaining accurate files, coordinating budget/forecast meetings with our business partners, and providing budget/forecast/actual variance analysis
• Help direct and design financial reporting from systems
• Collaborate with other teams within Revantage, PCs and Blackstone to provide value-add reporting and analysis of Revantage and PC results
• Develop PC, management, and department reporting dashboards which present results to Revantage, PCs and Blackstone in a way that provides prompt visibility to costs and helps meet their business needs
• Analyze data to ensure consistency between Revantage and benchmark companies
• Perform scenario analysis as it relates to cost allocations
• Provide data and analysis for board book and Blackstone requests
• Spearhead efficiency projects for Revantage
• Lead special projects as needed

What You Bring To The Role
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills ability to effectively communicate with C-suite executives
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills

Preferred:

• CPA Certification
• Master's degree
• Power BI, Tableau or Anaplan experience
