Asst. Director Investment Ops
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Director Investment Operations, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Investment Ops functions such as development, prioritization, and execution of operating plans in support of the broader business unit and enterprise strategy.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Provide leadership and direction over multiple investment operations functions within PGI including the roll-out of established strategies, policies, or plans.
- Effectively partner and communicate with key stakeholders to develop timely, proactive global based plans that meet business objectives and align strategic prioritize of the organization.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to develop, implement, and enhance processes or products, research, and share best practices and learnings.
- Develop, coach, and motivate team in a culture that embraces change, fosters focus, teamwork, efficiency, timeliness, and results that are measured and recognized.
- Understand and recognize global and potential ethical implications by acting decisively in the face of uncertainty and challenges.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in investment/mutual fund operations or related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of investment products and services, investment operations, and information technology required
- Proven leadership abilities and demonstrated ability to challenge and motivate employees
- Understanding of investment markets, securities, and their related accounting and performance measurement techniques
- Strong consultation, negotiation, communication, decision making, analytical, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to influence others, drive results, think big picture, maintain strong, positive relationships and possess the ability to communicate ideas in a way that gain buy-in from others
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Minimum Salary
USD $127,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Salary
USD $179,000.00/Yr.

Work Environment
This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You'll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
