ZS Revenue Management Center of Excellence sits at the intersection of ZS's Value and Access and Business Technology Solutions teams. Revenue Management - Associate Principal
Revenue Management - Associate Principals (RMAPs) lead multiple project teams in conceptualizing, planning, and executing Revenue Management Transformation programs. RMAPs leverage their business expertise, analytic skills, and technology implementation experience to lead initiatives that help clients mitigate issues in revenue leakage, contract operations and compliance.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale client business development and delivery engagements in the life sciences industry - pharmaceutical and/or medical devices sector
  • Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
  • Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
  • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
  • Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
  • Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members
  • Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
  • Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization
  • Demonstrate deep life sciences industry sector knowledge with a functional expertise across multiple aspects of Revenue Management
  • Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge
  • Possess in depth business acumen
  • Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge

  • Lead thought leadership and innovation within the Revenue Management space
  • Work with ZS leadership in new solution development and GTM
  • Play a critical role in business and strategy development
  • Contribute to internal firm activities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, MIS, IT, or another related discipline. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant consulting-industry experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device leading multiple medium-large scale process improvement and technology solution delivery engagements in the Revenue Management space
  • 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a professional services firm
  • Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the executive level of pharmaceutical and medical device companies
  • Broad understanding of Contracts and Revenue Management functions including Master Data Management, Contract Life Cycle Management, Commercial Contracting (Chargebacks and Managed Care), Government Contracting (Medicaid, Government Pricing), Tender Management, Reference Pricing and Gross to Net
  • Recognized Subject Matter Expert in at least two areas mentioned above in the Revenue Management continuum gained through direct project experience
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing multiple Revenue Management platform(s) - Model N - Powered by N, Model N - Flex, Vistex, I-Cyte, Conga or others
