What projects are you most excited about?

I am very excited to lay the groundwork for a robust education center. My background is EdTech, so it's nice to apply my skills to a new industry. How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

My team is fully remote so I need to be intentional about that and have weekly 1:1 meetings to check-in. I also ensure they know that I expect some items may not be able to wait for those sessions and that they can ping or call me as needed.

I've had the humbling privilege to step into a managerial role with the full encouragement and support of my product and technology colleagues, inspiring me to be the best leader I can be every day.
