Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate Accountant who will be a key player in Travel & Expense management working closely with the Senior Manager of Payroll & Reimbursements. The ideal candidate is a self starter, possesses an acute eye for detail, and thrives in a dynamic environment and communicates clearly.

What you'll own:

  • Ambassador of the Travel & Expense policy, assisting in the communication of policy to team members & timely responses to T&E related team member inquiries.
  • Approval of expense reports for corporate card and out-of-pocket expenses within the guidelines set forth in the Travel & Expense policy.
  • Weekly & monthly retrieval of Concur expense report data and posting of journal entries in accounting software (NetSuite).
  • Monthly accrual entries of corporate credit card programs and expense reimbursement liability balances.
  • Monthly reconciliations of corporate credit card programs and expense reimbursement liability balances.
  • Global corporate card program management, including monitoring employee and company balances, application, cancellation & limit management.
  • Configuration maintenance of T&E management tool, Concur, including new expense types, cost centers, credit card feed, policies, etc.
  • Assist with management of travel agency relationship and all travel related contracts.
  • Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting to cross functional departments as requested.


Experience you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation process
  • Concur & NetSuite experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
