Coin Cloud, the World's Largest Bitcoin Kiosk Operator is seeking an AP/Payroll Manager. The AP/Payroll Manager will provide leadership for all functions of Payroll and Accounts Payable, ensuring accuracy in monies distributed to employees and offsite vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manages, coaches and supports Payroll and Accounts Payable team
• Reviews and approves daily Payroll activities (i.e. timekeeping, employee set up, earning and deduction codes, garnishments, paid time off (PTO), workers compensation/unemployment, and payroll taxes).
• Reviews and approves daily Accounts Payable activities (i.e. vendor maintenance, W9 processing, expense reimbursements, corporate/purchasing card processing, invoices and purchase orders, and 1099 processing).
• Prepares Payroll journal entries and ensures accurate and timely reconciliations
• Payment processing (ACH, checks, eCheck, credit cards)
• Prepares and processes AP and Payroll activities during PTO and as needed
• Collaborates with other departments like Human Resources and Operations
• Supports cash flow budgeting process with FP&A team
• Works with external auditors and internal tax team
• Assist VP of Accounting and Financial Reporting, Controller, CFO & CEO, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Payroll and Accounting Experience required.
• Understanding of end-to-end payroll process
• Proficient in NetSuite.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, Word and Google Office Products.
• System implementation experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of internal controls required
• Knowledge of Bamboo and 401K is a plus
• Organizational and leadership abilities.
