Job Overview:

The Accounts Payable Specialist will support processing invoices and payments for multiple locations across the organization. This position will also require a good understanding of the company’s processes for purchase orders, receiving, and purchase returns. As the company continues to grow this position will help to develop and implement various process improvements throughout the department, including preparation and participation in both internal and external audits.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two years of accounts payable experience using ERP computer system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word applications
