GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receives and prepares files from a variety of sources
• Prints and reads system files or gathers records and reports to compile needed data
• Enters/uploads information into systems
• Prepares/processes forms for clients
• Posts transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger or system files
• Analyzes posted data
• Develops/maintains process documentation for each assigned task
• Assists in special projects
• Interfaces/resolves internal and external customer inquiries
• Other related duties assigned as needed
FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Experienced support role. Understands and adapts procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to accomplish requirements of job. Duties and tasks are frequently non routine and beginning to reflect variety and complexity. Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. Assists senior peers in reporting research results for items not within trend to senior management. Assists less experienced employees with semi-complex to complex processes. Requires an Associate's degree in Finance or Accounting and typically a minimum of three years of finance shared services experience or equivalent finance shared services work experience.
