What You Will Do:

  • Monitor the Accounts Payable inbox & properly follow-up on incoming vendor invoices related questions.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct any identified discrepancies.
  • Obtain approvals from management.
  • Process timely payments of invoices.
  • Record vendor bills in NetSuite, booked properly based on account, department, and product.
  • Ensure all vendor check payments are made out to correct payment detail addresses.
  • Monitor company credit card expenses, collect receipts, and obtain proper approvals for payment.
  • Maintain the AP filing system.

What you should have:

  • Prior Accounts Payable experience 3+ years.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • NetSuite experience.
  • Organized and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well on a team.
  • Strong communication skills.

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

I have a great work-life balance here at Reach Financial that makes it feel like a second home. Management is very open, flexible, and has a great workplace culture. Being a father of two young kids, the flexibility during working hours, PTO, and the ability to work from home helps me to reduce stress and enjoy the work to the highest extent.

What projects are you most excited about?

I’m most excited about using the latest Data Science technologies to help launch new personal finance products, which will help Reach Financial grow. I’m involved in all aspects of the launch, including scoping out target customers, defining KPIs, data evaluation, model building, performance evaluation, and challenging myself to improve!
