Job Description
The P2P Specialist is expected to assume the following key responsibilities plus any other reasonable duties as required:
Payments
• Responsible for reviewing payment runs (scheduled and urgent)
• Ensure treasury have been advised of payment amounts prior to runs as applicable
• Resolve payment rejection queries
• Write off unpresented cheques
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• General administration duties
Invoice & Query
• Debit balance dispute resolution
• Handling and resolution of escalated invoice queries
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• General administration duties
Travel & Expenses
• Monitor the American Express mailbox and review application requests and provide application access
keys
• Dealing with all employee/business expense queries
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers at all times
• General administration duties
Special Projects
• 1099 Review

• A thorough knowledge of Oracle system preferable
