Act as the main point of contact for external audits of AP and expenses, providing information accurately and timely.
Be a financial systems guru (Netsuite, Airbase, TripActions, Expensify, Looker). Create customized reports, saved searches, etc. and always seek to automate processes where possible.
Manage the 1099 reporting and filing process.
Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.

What you bring to the table:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and develop others, as well as teams to produce quality work within given timeframes.
Deep expertise in the full P2P cycle, particularly AP and expense management processes.
A solid understanding of applicable technical accounting and US GAAP standards, including capitalization, accrued expenses, amortization and depreciation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to clearly and concisely document and effectively communicate P2P matters, including processes, controls and issue resolution, to both accounting and non-accounting personnel.
Strong organization and prioritization skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to work successfully in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment.
