Following our 2019 merger with Fluidra, our Salt Lake City facility expanded operations to produce in-floor cleaning systems, waterfall features, and fire elements, creating many new job opportunities.
We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to support our Accounting team in a new, cross-functional role.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • A/P Responsibilities
    • Enter regular A/P invoices and freight A/P bills
    • Assist when needed with A/P check run each week.
    • Interface with vendors to reconcile differences and resolve issues.
    • Research any old unvouchered receipt transactions.
    • Prepare EFT/ACH Cash Receipts Journal for posting when needed.
    • Send "New Vendor Credit App Packet" to new vendors.
    • Ad hoc projects as needed.
  • A/R Responsibilities
    • Manage customer account set-up, sales tax set-up, credit limits and payment terms.
    • Manage customer accounts after orders are placed.
    • Ensure shipments are properly set up for on time shipping.
    • Monitor credit limits and past due accounts.
    • Process customer payments; run credit cards and e-check payments.
    • Confirm order entry details and resolve discrepancies.
    • Generate and distribute invoices.
    • Respond to customer account inquires.
    • Collect on past due accounts.


WHAT WE SEEK

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business preferred, Or
  • 2+ years' experience in Accounts Payable and or Accounts Receivable role.
  • Experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment.
  • Proficient Excel skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to connect with customers/vendors and build relationships.
  • Self-starter who wants to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
