You will:

• Help manage the monthly and quarterly consolidation
• Manage monthly closing workpapers (ie. bank recs, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals)
• Review and approve monthly journal entries
• Assist and drive the coordination and review of our international operations financial statements to ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting of monthly reporting results for our international operations
• Assist with SEC financial reporting processes and initiatives, including related activities.
• Develop and maintain a well-documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Assist and drive international statutory audits
• Ability to take on special projects and other day to day bookkeeping
• Participate in the implementation and optimization of various new systems and processes
• Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
• Support Global Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements.

You have:

• 5+ years previous accounting experience
• Big 4 or other large public accounting firm experience required
• Strong Excel skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts)
• Excellent analytical skills (data collection and modelling, what-if scenarios)
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a high growth environment
• Familiarity with SAP General Ledger system, Concur, or Hyperion/HFM a plus
• Willingness to engage with sales executives and several other departments
