As Accounting Analyst Sr, you will provide your expertise and leadership in preparing and reviewing financial information for management decision-making or external reporting. You will use your experience, innovation and judgment to handle a diverse range of sophisticated assignments as you lead and mentor others!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Collaborates with others to identify, review and research issues which impact the accuracy and completeness of accounting data within a general area of responsibility; explore solutions and propose recommendations
- Prepares and responds to reports, ad hoc requests and analyses
- Analyzes sophisticated business transactions
- Reviews account reconciliations prepared by outside vendors and researches outstanding items
- Supervises controls of external vendor processes
- Reviews new projects for accurate accounting setup and proper documentation
- Facilitates and aids with audit requirements for outside auditors each quarter
- Leads or participates in various accounting related projects
- Communicates and coordinates with company partners
- Works with significant amounts of detailed data and translates data into meaningful information
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major with a strong accounting focus and minimum six (6) years of multifaceted experience in a related field
- Preferred: CPA
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
- Ability to understand and work with sophisticated processes and computerized accounting systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial accounting skills, including consolidations
- Proficiency in working with technical systems is essential
- Preferred: Knowledge of, or a strong desire to learn about, midstream assets and field operations
- Preferred: Experience with Oracle Cloud Services, PCMCS, FCCS, Essbase, and Power BI
General Compensation Information:
This role will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Program (AIP) payment. AIP payments are discretionary compensation based on business performance in relation to enterprise goals, the incentive opportunity for the role, and individual performance. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive awards.
