General Position Purpose: Your role is managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department; monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements; establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

Essential Responsibilities• Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.• Collect, Confirm, & Prepare monthly timesheet, and travel expense according to the travel policy.• Make travel expense reimbursement reports for Payroll to process bi-weekly.• Collect and track vendor invoices to prepare checks, resolve invoice discrepancies.• Make travel arrangement for employees.• Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.• Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.• Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies• Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors• Other job duties as assigned including: but not limited to, accounting principle and vendor research.

• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
