Target Locations: Since we are dedicated to being a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US. We want you to work where you are most comfortable and productive whether that be at home, in a company-provided coworking space, or a coffee shop! Due to the global distribution of the company, the East Coast time zone is preferred.

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who could work closely with our global finance team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in Finance and Accounting Operations within the high-tech industry in a hyper-growth environment. 

In this role, you will:
  • Assist in month-end tasks, reporting and analysis
  • Assist with ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance and controls  
  • Assist with expense tracking and reporting   
  • Assist in process improvement around P2P and SaaS payments 
  • Support credit risk analysis and evaluation of new and existing customers
  • Support legal and collection teams for customer collection process 
  • Assist with partner program audit and validation of invoicing etc.   
  • Other Finance related duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned
The ideal candidate has:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics
  • Public Accounting firm experience preferred 
  • 1-2 years of experience in Accounting Operations 
  • Must be willing to “roll up your sleeves” and work thoroughly in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google sheets skills and experience with financial systems and tools
  • Strong analytical skills to proactively identify trends and insights
  • Outstanding attention to details and excellent time management skills
  • Collaborative team player and ability to work independently 
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
