The Opportunity

QVC has an exciting opportunity for an Accountant to join the Corporate Finance department based out of Studio Park in West Chester, PA. This position is hybrid flex and it is preferred that the incumbent is within a commutable distance of West Chester, PA. Reporting into the Manager, Accounting, the person in this opportunity will assist with the monthly close and consolidation of our domestic and international subsidiaries.

Your Impact

• Prepares and records various journal entries and supporting documentation
• Works closely with the business and BP&A in obtaining information for month end accruals
• Performs foreign currency translation procedures for international subsidiaries
• Prepares various account reconciliations
• Performs various SOX controls (IPE's)
• Reviews and posts treasury activity
• Supports the preparation of internal and external financial reporting
• Prepare documentation for external auditors in conjunction with the year end audit
• Supports unclaimed property reporting
• Assists with the check/wire audit
• Performs ad-hoc requests for parent company, QVC Finance management and other QVC departments

What you Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years of public accounting or related experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
• CPA preferred
• SAP experience preferred
