The Role

Draiver is an industry leading self-learning logistics platform that enables vehicle movement planning, coordination, and execution. We streamline management by connecting businesses to transport services and independent contract drivers, simplifying employment with quick and direct access to jobs and drivers, GPS routing and tracking, as well as providing digital documentation and payment options. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the areas of Financial Planning & Analysis and Decision Support for Draiver expansion operations
  • Responsible for the Draiver billing process
  • Driver the annual strategic plan and estimates considering optimal resource allocation for the local and international teams
  • Lead decision support by bringing thoughtful solutions to data requests
  • Manage and track the strategic planning, investments, and overall cost management
  • Contribute as a key member of the Draiver Finance Team by providing key insights regarding the company’s financial operations
  • Assist in managing support activities
  • Prepare detailed KPI reports
  • Recommend changes in operations and financial activities
  • Identify solutions to complex data and information request of internal stakeholders
  • Manage investment targets and tracking processes
  • Execute, review, and develop key metrics of the business and make recommendations where needed to local and international leadership
  • Prepare operational and risk reports for management decision making
  • Assist with month-end closing entries related to cost of sales and customer allocations, as well as other entries as needed
  • Assist on the commercial side of the business as needed
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
