- Capital Deployment and Cash Management: Develop strategy on cash deployment and capital investment opportunity.
- Finance System Automation: Lead automation projects and reporting platform implementation.
- Process Improvement and Transformation: Develop Process Excellence framework and process flow.
- Internal Controls and Practices: Execute Control framework and accounting practice within TFRS & IFRS
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the financial services, fintech, or digital payments sector.
- Chartered Accountant Qualification
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Expertise in operational efficiency, cost management, and financial controls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English and Thai.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Startup experience highly desirable.
