Why this job is important
We are looking for a driven Finance Coordinator with excellent Excel skills and a knack for administration. This full-time position (at least 3 days on-site) is based in central Stockholm, offering great commuting options. You will join a local finance team of four, working closely with a regional delivery centre that handles ongoing accounting.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage project administration, including starting and closing projects.
- Oversee the invoicing and accounts payable processes.
- Assist the organisation with the above areas and act as a bridge between the local team and the regional delivery centre.
- Participate in the payroll process by coordinating correspondence, conveying local information, and handling pension invoices and cars.
The skills & experience needed as Finance Coordinator
- Experience in all aspects of accounting (bookkeeping, ledger, project accounting, and payroll).
- Strong numerical, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and an interest in systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
