YOUR ROLE
As a Finance Controller on our team, you’ll:
Consolidate data and prepare established weekly, monthly and quarterly reports;
Prepare and analyze financial and accounting reports (annual, quarterly and monthly);
Carry out analyzes and reports to support management;
Work closely with operations to analyze the accuracy and validity of reported financial data;
Explain financial performance to management and support decision making;
Prepare ad-hoc analysis for management.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
Higher education in finance (Business Management, Economics, Finance)
Accounting/ Financial reporting knowledge (Hungary statutory, USGAAP)
Experience in Finance controlling role (1 year or more)
Good computer skills from the user's perspective (Office)
SAP knowledge
Very good knowledge of Excel
Good level of English, spoken and written
Organizational capacity
Pressure resistance capacity
Ability to be results-oriented
Ability to take initiative and solve problems
Ability to work in a team.
