What You'll do
Modeling & Analysis
- Build and maintain financial and operational models to support strategic decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams.
- Analyze performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and revenue growth.
- Develop detailed forecasts and what-if scenario models in partnership with Finance and Go-to-Market leadership.
- Prepare reports and dashboards that convey financial and operational trends, KPIs, and actionable insights.
- Support the company's budgeting and forecasting processes through data aggregation and cross-functional collaboration.
Sales & Strategic Planning
- Support sales planning processes including forecasting, pipeline modeling, territory analysis, and performance tracking.
- Partner with Finance and Sales to ensure consistent, data-backed approaches to compensation modeling and incentive plan simulations.
- Collaborate across departments to design models and tools that drive operational transparency and alignment.
Operational Support
- Drive continuous improvements in reporting accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support real-time business decisions.
- Help document and refine data processes and reporting structures as part of ongoing scaling efforts.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, business operations, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Strong Excel modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data in simple terms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL, Salesforce, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Adaptive Planning or Workday Financials.
- Exposure to sales planning, commission modeling, or go-to-market strategy.
- Experience with Python for financial or data analysis is a plus.
