We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence across the Northern Finland region.

Job Description:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the sales of ESAB’s products and services, as well as the development of customer relationships in Northern Finland.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing existing customer accounts and strengthening long-term relationships

  • Acquiring new customers and expanding market presence

  • Achieving regional sales targets and executing the commercial strategy

  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as customer service, technical support, and logistics

We Expect From You:

  • Experience in B2B sales within industrial or technical products

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel within the region

  • Fluent in Finnish and English is mandatory

  • Basic IT skills
