Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Field Marketing Contractor and play a crucial role in supporting the Field Marketing Representative in engaging potential students. You will deliver captivating information sessions about the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA)'s online healthcare programs, including undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, and certificate levels. This fully remote position provides the unique advantage of working from home while also offering the enriching experience of participating in events throughout central to southwest Texas.

A Day in the Life:

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

• Organize and facilitate engaging information sessions, webinars, and email campaigns to promote online nursing degree programs.

• Represent the program at hospitals, healthcare facilities, and conferences, engaging with nurses and healthcare professionals.

• Provide detailed information and actionable next steps to help nurses advance their education and career goals.

What You’ll Need for Success:

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

• A bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare or related field is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, education, healthcare, or a related role.

• Must reside in Texas, with a preference of San Antonio, TX, or Austin, TX.

• Strong, persuasive, and precise communication skills, along with a compelling presence to effectively connect with nurses and healthcare leaders.

• A professional demeanor, energetic approach, positive attitude, punctuality, and high integrity are essential.

• This remote role primarily focuses managing partnership with University of Texas at Arlington with the territory within Texas requiring travel up to 75%, with minimal overnight stays.
