We are seeking a Data & Analytics Leader to play a key role in developing and guiding our data engineering and analytics enablement initiatives. This is a hybrid technical leadership role where you will serve as both a hands-on contributor and team mentor, leading a small group of data engineers and working closely with stakeholders across business, R&D, and data science.

You will be responsible for building and delivering data pipelines, business data products, and helping shape our analytics engineering framework. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, guiding teams, and enabling smarter business decisions through scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a small team of data engineers working on pipeline development and data product delivery.
  • Serve as a technical expert in building scalable data pipelines and business-facing data solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, gathering requirements and translating them into technical deliverables.
  • Collaborate with data science and R&D teams to support model deployment and future MLOps tooling.
  • Help develop and standardize our analytics engineering practices and frameworks.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies to support data platform evolution.
  • Ensure consistent, clean, and reliable data is delivered to stakeholders and downstream systems.

Requirements
  • 5–7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams in a data-focused environment.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., DBT, Snowflake, Airflow).
  • Hands-on experience building pipelines and managing data products at scale.
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with MLOps or working alongside data science teams is a plus.

Preferred Skills
