GRAIL seeks a Facilities Site Services Coordinator for Global Development and Operations. Global Development and Operation support 24/7 clinical laboratory and sample processing operations located in Durham, NC.
This onsite role requires five (5) days a week in Durham, NC,
This is a full-time hourly position in Facilities between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve company service and work request ticket system (CMMS) tickets (Work requests).
- Completes and updates office space management.
- Manages site service contractors and vendors.
- Assisted with managing site access, onboarding and offboarding, audit and compliance reports, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure that supplies are restocked daily in the administrative areas (office, kitchens, etc.)
- Manage the site food program, including coordination with vendors and food distribution.
- Assist with vendor management, including research, evaluation, communication, induction of external vendors, and maintenance of their records (MSA, CDA, COI, W9, etc.).
- Support the Facilities Management team in delivering the company's goals and objectives.
- Assist with organizing site events, hosting visitors, and site services vendors.
- Assist Facility Management with onboarding/PO requests for contractor activities.
- Assist with Facility projects per Facility Management direction (i.e., installation/modifications of the Facility systems. equipment, utilities, and systems).
- Ensure Pest and Housekeeping of the facility, including compliance with all site Procedures and Policies.
- Support executives and facility management in organizing events and other meetings during regular business, holidays, and breaks when necessary.
- Support all daily facility operations to ensure proper functionality, compliance, and safety.
- Establish credibility with vendors, facilities teams, and contractors by immediately understanding business requirements and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience as a Facilities Coordinator or in a similar role supporting Soft Services (Vendor Management, Meal Program, Cleaning, Pest Control, etc.) in the facility(ies).
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a regulated environment (Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharma)
- Hands-on experience with one (1) year of using facilities management software (CMMS).
- Proven record of providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- High Efficiency in Time management, Task prioritization, and deliverance is required.
- Strong team player who can quickly change direction in a fast-paced environment.

- Hours and days may vary depending on operational needs.
- Standing or sitting for long periods.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing 100 pounds.
- Willingness to work off hours (may include weekends and holidays) in case of critical business needs.
The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $57-67K . Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.
Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
