FAC Construction Manager to manage a team of PM and sub PM for Project Oversight and Collaboration. Responsibilities and tasks include but not limited to the below listed.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the site Project Managers and construction management team, closely work different subject areas including CSA, Mech, E&I, WTS, G&C system leaders and engineers.

• Communication with both various partners, conduct scenario studies for different project conditions, Capex cost estimation, schedule planning and presenting to high level management.

• Foster company culture of "People, Innovation, Tenacity, Customer Focus and Collaboration"!

• Manage general contractors for the project management, monitor schedule, cost status.

• Collaborate with the local team to develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including schedule, budget, and scope strategies.

• Regularly review project progress, identify and address potential issues proactively.

• Ensure clear and consistent communication with the Global Construction team and other partners on project status, risks, and decisions.

• Champion the company's global project management standards and best practices, ensuring their implementation on the projects.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners at the global level, including engineering, procurement, and equipment teams.

• Lead communication and information flow between the local project and Global Construction headquarters.

• Review and approve local contracts with subcontractors and vendors.

• Ability to resolve problems and achieve win-win situation, and value adding to the team, positive attitude to the fast change pace in semi-conduction industry.

• Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.

• Proactively identify and lead project risks, developing and implementing mitigation plans.

• Champion a culture of safety on the project site, ensuring all activities align with company safety protocols and local regulations.

• Be responsible for the implementation of a robust quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards. Follow global standards and conduct contract management and risk mitigation to ensure a smooth and safely delivery of projects.
