As we grow and scale our business into 2025, we will be opening some exciting new senior roles across our Sales team across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane who will work to build trusted relationships with our partners - including accountants, bookkeepers, third party app developers, banks and financial service providers - all of whom are an important part of how we deliver on our purpose. Our network of accounting and bookkeeping partners continues to be a key factor to our success as we work together to introduce Xero to more small businesses and actively help them to develop and execute a digital strategy.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience and knowledge of the workings of an accounting practice
- Experience working with large and mid-tier accounting clients or partners
- Proven sales performance with loads of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience building a territory plan to increase revenue and accelerate growth
- The ability to build deep relationships with partners and stakeholders whilst developing multiple contacts within individual partner firms
- A great communicator and engaging presenter with experience leading introductory webinars, events & certification training
- A strong ability to educate partners through the mechanics and benefits of our Xero Partner program and Xero product options
