Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced or Senior Level Business Process Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join our Site Operations Support organization in NorthCharleston, South Carolina.
This role will closely partner with our Senior Executive and leadership teams to drive operational alignment, strategic initiatives, performance tracking, and cross-functional execution within our manufacturing environment.
You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive alignment, leveraging data analytics to support management reviews and performance tracking. The role includes coordinating and designing meeting content & executive level leadership briefings, conducting research and data analysis, and delivering technical materials. The analyst will manage project schedules and budgets, monitor execution, and communicate status to various stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include facilitating large meetings and events, planning organizational facility needs, and developing localized training content.
Position Responsibilities:
- Strategic Operations Support - Support site executive and leadership teams in developing, coordinating, and executing operational strategies aligned with business objectives and manufacturing priorities. Assist in tracking strategic initiatives, preparing leadership materials, and driving organizational alignment across functions
- Data Analytics & Reporting - Collect, analyze, and summarize operational and performance data to support decision-making, resource planning, and business reviews. Develop reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that provide clear insights into organizational performance and key metrics.
- Cross-Functional Coordination - Partner with internal stakeholders across manufacturing, support organizations, and leadership teams to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and ensure successful execution of strategic and operational initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple organizations
- Executive Communications - Prepare executive-level presentations, briefing materials, meeting content, and status updates for leadership reviews. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, action tracking, and follow-up communications to support effective decision-making and operational execution.
- Project Execution - Proactively manage schedules, action items, and implementation activities associated with strategic projects and operational initiatives. Support process improvement efforts by identifying efficiencies, standardizing workflows, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables within the manufacturing environment.
- Executive Interface - Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and sound judgment while interacting with executives, stakeholders, and senior leadership. Effectively represent the organization through clear communication, organizational awareness, and manage sensitive or high-visibility situations with discretion.
- Communication and Facilitation - Effectively communicate information across multiple levels of the organization through written, verbal, and presentation formats. Facilitate meetings, discussions, and cross-functional engagements to drive alignment, clarify objectives, and support decision-making.
- Influence without Authority - Build & develop professional working relationships and collaborate across organizations to drive results, gain alignment, and support operational objectives without direct management authority. Use communication, credibility, and problem-solving skills to encourage cooperation and accountability.
- Project Leadership and Coordination - Coordinate and monitor project activities, schedules, deliverables, and action items to support successful execution of operational and strategic initiatives. Ensure stakeholders remain informed, risks are identified, and timelines are maintained within a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with interrelationships between components of systems and plans, anticipating future events, and applying principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
- 3+ years of experience with managing & organizing multiple deliverables & deadlines with minimal direction
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- 1+ years of experience developing executive level presentations
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Experience with professional cross-functional communication and performance reporting
- Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders & executives
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies (Required Skills and Experience):
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
- 5+ years of experience using standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution
- 5+ years of experience communicating across multiple levels of an organization through written, verbal, and presentation formats
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and executive leadership

Summary pay range Level 4: $112,200 - $151,800
