Private Banking Relationship Management Leadership Why Join Imagine leading a team of Private Banking Relationship Managers who deliver exceptional wealth management solutions to high net worth individuals. As a leader in OCBC's Private Banking team, you'll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients, drive business growth, and develop the skills of your team members. How you succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to combine strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of wealth management products and services. You'll focus on building a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional client service. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements. What you do - Lead a team of Private Banking Relationship Managers to achieve business targets - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand the client base - Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals and their families - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated wealth management solutions - Monitor and manage team performance, providing coaching and feedback to team members Who you are - A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business - At least 10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services, including investment, credit, and insurance solutions - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members - Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client service Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
