Executive ‐ Branding & Communications
(BASED AT MAS LEGATO MALABE)
MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on offering Finance and HR services across the organization. The time and operational efficiencies created through a shared services platform makes MAS Legato a critical component of MAS, as a future-ready organization.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to conceptualize and execute branding & communication for MAS, whilst working with all stakeholders to ensure that the accurate and creative corporate messages and values are delivered at all times within the organization and to the wider society.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute communication and branding projects or assignments by liaising with all stakeholders to ensure that corporate messages are effectively communicated.
- Ensure all advertisements and communications are developed and designed in a timely manner and adhering to corporate guidelines, by liaising with relevant stakeholders for effective communication and publication.
- Maintain brand ownership of MAS by ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines at all times on every form of media across all the entire group to ensure consistency & uniformity when designing material for open recruitments.
- Stay up-to-date on global trends & industry practices to improve the quality of communication & branding and apply the knowledge gathered to ensure improved outcomes.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication or HR.
- 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge in photoshop.
- Ability to create content for adverts and social media posts.
- Previous Advertising, Marketing or Communication experience would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
