Nokia's MI Finance organization plays a central role within one of the technology industry's leading global companies. The SVP of MI Finance is responsible for financial strategy and operations across multiple business units of significant scale - encompassing RAN, Core & Software, and Autonomous Networks. This is a high-impact, senior-level environment in which the Finance function directly informs strategic decisions influencing the direction of global connectivity.
We are looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to join the MI Finance team, working directly in support of our CFO of MI Finance.
This is far more than a traditional support role. As the operational backbone of one of Nokia's most strategically important Finance organizations, you will be a trusted partner to a senior executive who leads a Finance function spanning multi-billion-euro business units across a global organization. Your ability to bring order to complexity, your judgment, your discretion, and your energy will be felt every single day - by the CFO , by the leadership team, and by the broader MI Finance organization.

Responsibilities
In the role of Executive Assistant to the MI Finance CFO, the successful candidate will:
- Work closely with a global leadership team, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across Nokia's business
- Contribute to one of Nokia's most strategically significant Finance functions in a visible and impactful capacity
- Identify and implement improvements to the ways of working within the MI Finance CFO office
- Become part of an organisation that prioritises trust, inclusion, professional development, and employee well-being
- Serve as a key operational partner to senior leadership, ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the executive office
Responsibilities:
Drives organizational prioritization and follow ups together with the SVP
Executive & Calendar Management
Proactively own and manage the CFOs complex, multi-time-zone calendar, ensuring priorities are always reflected in how time is allocated.
Anticipate conflicts, resolve scheduling challenges, and protect leadership bandwidth for what matters most.
Coordinate leadership team calendars and ensure rhythm-of-business meetings (staff meetings, QBRs, townhalls, strategy sessions) are planned and structured effectively.
Travel & Logistics Coordination
Arrange seamless end-to-end international and domestic travel — flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, and itineraries — in full alignment with Nokia's travel policies.
Prepare detailed trip briefings and ensure the CFO is fully equipped and prepared for every engagement.
Meeting Preparation & Follow-up
Organize and facilitate high-level internal and external meetings; prepare agendas, coordinate pre-reads, and capture and distribute action items.
Support preparation of executive-level presentations, leadership communications, and briefing documents.
Communication & Correspondence Management
Serve as a trusted, professional first point of contact for the MI Finance CFO — managing inbound communications, prioritizing responses, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Draft and review correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the MI Finance CFO with clarity and the appropriate tone.
- Team & Operational Support
Coordinate team events, offsites, leadership forums, and employee engagement activities across the MI Finance organization.
Manage purchase orders, expense reports, and budget tracking for the SVP's office in compliance with Nokia's financial policies.
Liaise with HR, IT, Facilities, and other corporate functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Stakeholder & Network Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with executive assistants, team assistants, and key stakeholders across Nokia's global Finance community, Business Groups, and Corporate Functions.
Represent the MI Finance CFO office with professionalism, warmth, and credibility in all interactions.
- Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive organizational, personnel, and financial information with the highest level of integrity and discretion at all times.
Be a trusted keeper of confidential information across a senior leadership environment.
- Innovates digitalization and use of AI in his/her own domain
Actively identify and apply opportunities to leverage digital tools and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and ways of working within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
- Preferably 5+ years supporting C-suite or SVP-level executives, ideally in Finance, Technology, or Telecom or other experience of very strong organizing skills in international, high-paced, environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously with calm, precision, and efficiency
Excellent written and verbal English; confident communicating across all seniority levels
- Digital Proficiency Expert-level - Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint); travel and expense systems
- AI Literacy & Tool Usage — Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, LLM / NokiaGPT, or equivalent assistants) to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, draft and refine communications, and generate insights; curious and proactive in adopting emerging AI capabilities to support executive effectiveness
- High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness; able to navigate a global, matrixed organization with diplomacy, professionalism, and effectiveness.
