Summary
Job Description:
This key administrative support position coordinates, oversees, and/or performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support for the hospital president, administrative board and senior leadership. This position coordinates and oversees and/or participates in the organization, supervision, and completion of special projects and/or events. Key functions of this role include maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, ensures correspondence and/or reports are high quality, accurate, and well presented. The executive assistant ensures proper documentation of various board minutes, leadership meetings, accreditation related information, and serves as a key resource for tracking hospital contracts and agreements. This position is forward-facing and interacts with a variety of customers, both internal and external.
Requirements:
Associate degree desired but will consider strong, relevant administrative work experience in lieu of degree.
A minimum of three years executive or senior level administrative assistant experience is required.
Healthcare experience is preferred.
Must be fully competent in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
