Clearlink is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Commercial Operations. This role is a high-impact partnership positioned at the center of revenue growth, operational performance, and strategic execution.
Reporting directly to the President, Owned & Operated, this Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to three senior leaders responsible for driving business expansion, optimization, and commercial performance. You will play a critical role in ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum.

Clearlink is a remote-friendly company, prioritizing virtual and in-person collaboration. This is a remote-first role for candidates who are located outside of Utah and outside of commuting distance. For candidates residing within 50 miles of our Draper, Utah office, a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in-office is required.
The Impact You Will Make- Manage complex calendars, meeting requests, and strategic planning sessions across two senior executives with competing priorities.
- Prioritize and protect executive time to ensure focus on revenue-driving initiatives and organizational leadership.
- Attend key growth, performance, and operational meetings; capture detailed notes and track action items to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings across Growth, Yield Optimization, Marketing, Operations, and executive leadership.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communications for internal leadership, board discussions, and external partners.
- Track critical metrics, initiatives, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and accountability across teams.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and senior leaders, employees, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Manage large volumes of incoming communication (email, Slack, texts, invites) and triage appropriately.
- Assist with strategic project coordination and special initiatives tied to revenue growth and operational optimization.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, offsite meetings, leadership summits, and industry events.
- Support event planning and executive engagements.
- Proactively identify gaps, solve problems, and remove obstacles before they impact executive effectiveness.
- Maintain strict confidentiality around financial performance, business strategy, and personnel matters.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior-level administrative or executive assistant role.
- Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth, performance-driven environments.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong business acumen and comfort working with revenue, operational, or performance-focused leaders.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to quickly adapt to different leadership styles.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
